We established our mechanical, electrical and plumbing business in 2013. Since then we’ve been raising the bar on quality, health, safety and the environment in our industry. We’ve redefined processes, created forensic quality checks, and developed new tools that help protect people, property and the environment. We apply the same innovative mindset to our community engagement programme, carrying out career talks in schools to introduce young people to our industry, and giving inner city children access to nature with our mobile community zoo.

We have a total system approach to quality that combines industry best practice with our own innovative processes. Each part of our approach, from regular training and quality control numbers for every operative, and manufacturers’ audits, gives our clients the full assurance they need. So much so, in fact, our clients have begun to adopt our innovations.

The way we work affects communities, our behaviour as an employer affects our team, and our performance standards affect our clients, end users and the environment. So, it’s logical for us to make commitments to sustainability in all its forms – and to stick to them. In the last year we’ve aligned our commitments to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and are making progress in 11 of them.
