We completed a wide range of services for this large-scale residential development by Imperial College London. All 192 apartments were fitted out with central heating and water systems, including low temperature hot water and chilled water, and adhered to domestic and public health standards.
Congested ceiling voids provided some challenges to simple and efficient installation. We highlighted the issue prior to works commencing and developed a solution in partnership with CHt. Works were completed snag free.
Manufacturers’ audits of our installation took place monthly, with reports shared with our client for total transparency. These audits are key components of our Forensically Controlled Installation System which involves multiple layers of quality checking.
One team of operatives was used throughout the project, with each operative completing the same duties to ensure full understanding and consistency of work.
Indoor plants were provided to the site to create a green meeting and resting environment for visitors and operatives, and environmental best practice procedures were followed for the removal of dust and waste.
